- We are looking for an experienced Line Leaders on behalf of our Client in Whittlesey.
Shift:
Tuesday to Saturday 8am – 4:45pm, you must be flexible to work outside of these times when required.
Pay:
£11.46, £14.33 overtime

Experience of working in a produce production area.
Experience of managing a team of up to 25 people
Main duties:
To lead, manage, motivate, and organise production line within your responsibility to ensure that daily targets are achieved, and daily orders are fully satisfied to the highest quality and standards
To ensure products are correctly packed in line with company and customer specifications
Ensure that all line and team documentation is correctly completed along with ensuring all checks are completed in accordance with timescale and that both checks and paperwork is fully compliant with guidelines
Communicate any quality, technical, machine or Health & Safety issues to the relevant department in the in the first instance
Liaising and ensuring effective communication with the stock and boxing department, ensuring that stock is used in line with correct rotation and the boxing team to ensure the correct quantities are produced and received by the boxing area, whilst paying particular attention to eliminating overs and shorts to the orders
Ensuring effective use and management of IT systems
Ensuring adequate care of all products
Through consultation with the team leader or the shift operations leader drive any remedial actions to ensure production plan is met
Seek and drive actions for a continuous improvement environment
Ensure all colleagues are working in a safe and clean environment and meeting with Health and Safety regulations adhering to the Clean as You Go Policy
Promote a Health & Safety, quality focussed and driven culture within the operation
Ensure all colleagues are fully trained, utilised accordingly and motivated to undertake their roles within the business
Working with all departments within the business unit to ensure all products are produced to the highest quality and standards according to the order requirements
