We are looking for Despatch Coordinator on behalf of our client based in Peterborough.

This is an Office based role in a Warehouse environment.

Shift: Monday - Friday

Main Duties:
• Receiving and dispatching orders for products or deliveries
• Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions
• Use radio, phone, or computer to send people and vehicles to appropriate locations
• Monitor the route and status of lorries to coordinate and prioritize their schedule
• Provide lorries with information about orders, traffic, obstacles, and requirements
• Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities, and other information

Requirements:
Must have good and confident manner as will be dealing with outside agencies
Good level of English both spoken and written
Good numeracy skills
Must be computer literate (word, excel & general computer use)
Experience would be preferred, but not essential, training will be given.

£11 per hour, weekly pay.
