We are looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to work in a fast-paced environment with a will to learn.
Requirements:
Good PC skills
Good communication skills
Prioritizing skills
An attention to detail
A desire to progress is desirable but not essential
Areas of Responsibility
Assist in the maintaining & sending out daily plans
Assist in ordering of raw material to achieve orders
Liaise with the transport haulier to make sure transport plans are in place
General admin duties (Scanning, filing, preparing job cards)
Make sure assembly team have all items needed
Stock control external customer’s storage
Cover for Supply chain manager when on annual leave
Monday to Friday days (37.5 hours per week)
Starting Salary: £25k
Location Whittlesey, Peterborough.
Immediate start for right candidate.
