The Role:

This role will be varied, with a busy production schedule including operation and cleaning of production equipment to maintain hygiene standards; preparation and dispensing of materials for production; accurate completion of production documentation as necessary; carrying out in-process control checks and completing any other reasonable operational duties, as required for the role.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Set up the manufacturing equipment and process safely and efficiently
• Perform product changeovers to meet best proven practice
• Ensure the smooth running of the manufacturing operation
• Ensure the area meets required hygiene standards
• Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained and company policies and procedures
• Maintain and sustain right first-time batch culture, by following BOM’s and weighing out correctly.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Good communication skills and ability to work in team environment
• The ability to cope with pressure
• Previous experience working in a production environment preferred
• Understanding of production processes preferred
• Understanding of health and safety regulations preferred

Working hours:

Monday-Friday  08:00-16:00   this is Temp to Perm role
