The perfect sales manager is an expert in all aspects of the sales process and is particularly skilled at building relationships, generating leads, and closing deals. Responsibilities:

• Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
• Deliver sales training on behalf of our business to clients.
• Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them.
• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Carry out sales activities for our business.
• Key account management.

Requirements:

• 3 years sales management experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Must be able to travel to clients’ sites.
