- We are looking for a Operations Support Administrator for our client based in Peterborough, PE2 area.Working Hours would be- 08:00 – 16:30 Mon – Thu- 07:00 – 15:30 Fridayso These are our off peak working hours, in peak it will be Monday to Friday with an 8AM start.Main duties :• Dispatch and generate all delivery documentation prior to goods being collected and ensure that the operations team have all necessary paperwork to leave with the goods on trailers.• Carry out the necessary checks to ensure that all booking references, times, ASN, etc. information is matching on the Sales orders, against transport database, bespoke documentation, delivery documentation.• Contact courier services where needed in case of dispatch volume spikes where we exceed the daily standard capacities or if there are delays in collections.• Monitor & Action the courier service’s exception reporting portal for any delayed or failed deliveries alongside the Dispatch Workflow Co-ordinator.Please send your CV to doina@cityresourceltd.co.uk or cintia@cityresourceltd.co.uk
