Through continued growth and success, a new role has been formed in our back office personnel.

Fleixble working hours from our Head Office in Peterborough City Centre 4 days a week and the option to work from home 1 day a week, Monday to Friday.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join an established company and make their mark on this new role. 

Duties include -

• You will be responsible for creating, planning and managing marketing campaigns on our website and social media and jobs boards. 
• Business and Market trend analysis and reporting.
• Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing content, window display ads, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), PPC.
• Marketing and communication skills including Digital editing (creating digital content for social and print media).
• Measuring key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, bounce rates etc.
• Preparing reports on the performance of marketing campaigns.
• Design of POS - leaflets, business cards, brochures etc

Skills & Experience Required

You will be very computer literate. Experience with business social media marketing, account set ups and analytics. The ability to create and plan, then manage a full marketing campaign from start to finish.
