Working in recruitment for 2 years, in my job every day is different! I help to find the perfect jobs and the perfect candidates for those jobs. I take care of my clients’ requirements and ensure high satisfaction from all.

In my spare time I love to travel, walk in the woods, or sometimes just stay at home and watch Netflix.

I have 17 years in the Recruitment industry, principally in the Industrial Sector. Every day is a new challenge whether it is liaising with Clients, finding suitable candidates or running the office in Peterborough.

An animal lover who enjoys spending time outdoors, photographing wildlife and spending time with mother nature. I am a believer that in life and work you only get back what you put in, but it does come back gift-wrapped.

I support our Industrial Consultants, attending various sites for multiple clients. The job involves conducting new starter inductions, completing site walk arounds, keeping daily communication with shift managers, updating workers of their shift patterns and dealing with holiday requests or pay issues. In the office I answer the phone, deal with queries, and complete admin tasks such as updating our system to update bookings.

In my free time, I spend time with my velvet bunny, she is 1 year old, her name is Molly. She really likes to play and she has the softest fur ever!

My role within the business is to help the Consultants take care of our Clients requirements, help them build strong and long lasting relationships, whilst overseeing the day to day running of both our Peterborough and Spalding branches. I’m also the face of the business in terms of business development, finding new contracts and developing existing clients.

In my spare time I enjoy DIY, Gardening and Cooking.
