- Team Leader – Permanent position
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader for our Client based in Yaxley, Peterborough.
Shift & Hours: Tuesday to Friday 17.45pm to 5/6am (flexibility at peak times of overtime/extra days)
Pay: £14.18ph (depending on experience)
Main Responsibilities:
- Day to day management of factory staff ensuring that procedures and processes are being followed
- Manage teams against KPI’s set and highlight shortfalls
- Complete counselling sessions with staff if they breach any policies and procedures
- Participate and complete investigations into conduct or misconduct
- Complete low-level disciplinary meeting
- Act professional at all times
- Be respectful to your peers and management team

- Experience in similar role/desirable in food manufacturing industry
- FLT experience
- Health & Safety
- Technical operator experience
- Computer skills (word, excel, emails, NAV ERP system)
- Strong level of English – speech and written, strong numeracy skills
