- HYGIENE SUPERVISOR - PERMANENT
We are looking for experienced HYGIENE SUPERVISOR on behalf of our client based in Yaxley, Peterborough.
Shift: Tuesday – Saturday 8pm – 5am (flexibility required in peak times)
Salary: £28k - £35k depending on experience
Main Responsibilities:
Ensure that COSHH regulations and H&S, company policies and procedures are followed.
Managed, develop and train hygiene team operatives in existing/new cleaning practises, machinery assembly and overall ways of working while ensuring a full training and record cleaning in place.
Understanding of environmental microbiology, the effects of cleaning, the risk of poor hygiene standards and how to correct these issues through swabbing / sampling regimes.
Use cleaning chemicals to the correct titration as stated on the hygiene instruction cards
