Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development – B2B Sales calls and visits
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for permanent positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to offer negotiation
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to advise clients and candidates effectively
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, specifically within the permanent placement sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities
- Knowledge of local job markets and industries in Peterborough and surrounding areas
