- City Resource is recruiting for Reliant Education. They are proud to announce they are opening their first branch in Peterborough. We are looking for a Branch Manager to join us at the start of this very exciting journey. Working alongside key stakeholders within the business to help build and implement the full business structure. You will play a key role in the development of the company and make key decisions in its growth.
The ideal person will currently be working as a Recruitment Consultant or a Senior Consultant in the Education Sector looking for their first step into management or currently in a Managerial role but looking for a new project and better career progression. You will have a specialist knowledge of the Peterborough and surrounding areas education market and be looking to grow and build a strong team.
The office is based on Broadway, Peterborough City Centre.
The salary is flexible, with an excellent commission structure, flexible & part-time working requests welcomed upon application. You will enjoy working with autonomy and freedom, and have a strong desire for career progression.
The ideal candidate will have:
• Previous experience in education recruitment
• Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent telephone manner, customer service/communication skills
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks according to business needs
• Self-motivated, target driven and ambitious to progress
• ICT literate and good standard of English
• Competitive annual leave, with reduced hours during school holidays
