Description
Key job role requirements but not limited to:
• To allocate all stock on arrival to site to the relevant delivery point/customer
• To print labels for all allocated stocks and issue to the warehouse, prior to the shunt vehicles arriving to ensure efficient unloading
• To keep in contact with our main client throughout the shift to ensure stock shunt vehicles are regular
• To pick stocks from the system and produce despatch notes in readiness for vehicle loading
• To liaise with our client to order ribbons, toners and pallets to ensure adequate stocks on site
• Any returned product/s from delivery points/ customers to be recorded and reported to back to our main client
• Answering any queries from our main clients, with accuracy and in a timely manner
• Allocate bookings to external hauliers collecting or delivering to site
• Ensure all warehouse stocks are labelled and stored in the correct location. Ensuring stock sheets sent to the customers daily are accurate.
Shift: Monday - Friday 18:00 to Midnight, every 3rd Sunday on Days 9:00 - 17:00
Pay: 11.00 - 12.00 per hour
Location: Whittlesey
You will have:
Experience in stock allocation
Experience in dispatching stocks
Good English - both written and spoken
Excellent attention to details
Training provided on the first week on Day shift.
