- Description
- We are looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR on behalf of our client based in Woodston, Peterborough. You will be responsible for maintaining high level of customer service internally and externally through the provision of an efficient administration function.

Previous admin/logistics experience is beneficial
Daily Administration/Systems Operation:
Ensure the daily operational administration is complete in accordance with all site procedures
Raise, release, and document all distribution / purchase orders
To maintain and revise site related documentation
Ensure all order details into 3rd party software to book distribution space
Communication with customs broker
Holiday cover
Ensure all sales orders are closed accurately and in a timely manner to meet the needs of warehouse and distribution
Ensure the correct information is recorded when accepting in Sales Orders
Maintain stock rotation through the WMS system
Ensure timed checks are done as indicated in site procedures
